I love writing about traditional lesser-known Italian dishes, Slow Food, off-the-radar destinations and all things Italy as well as slow food and sustainable living. My work has been published in ITALY Magazine, thelocal.it, Irish Independent, International Living US, International Living Australia, Independence Monthly, Incomes Abroad, Truth & Plenty. I also write web content for a number of tour companies specialising in European travel.
Recently I have published a book, Eat Like a Local in Turin, the first one in the Bite-Sized Foodie Guides series, which is available on Amazon here.
When I am not writing, I run enogastronomic tours in Abruzzo, hike in the mountains, eat delicious regional Italian food, visit small wineries and artisan producers. For more see my other website Abruzzo With Gusto.
